(KDVR) — An off-duty Adams County Sheriff's deputy involved in a fight with two women outside a Walmart last month will not face criminal charges.In late July, Deputy Ezekiel Spotts was booked in Thornton after a fight outside of a Walmart left two women injured. Following an investigation by Thornton Police, Adams County District Attorney Brian Mason said no charges would be filed. (KDVR) — An Aurora family is calling on the FOX31 Problem Solvers for help, saying an Amazon delivery driver stole their cat and it was caught on video.Clips from the Oakes family’s door cameras Sunday capture a package dropoff in broad daylight. The video shows a male and a female get out of an Amazon delivery truck, and the female drops off a package. The male is seen interacting with the family’s indoor-outdoor cat, Pyro, in the driveway. It's where a reportedly armed man was shot and killed by police early Wednesday morning.A mother who didn’t want to be identified spoke about the problems she sees daily there.“There’s a lot of homeless and random people on both ends of the bus stop. They harass people a lot of the time,” she said.She's not alone in her concern. BRIGHTON, Colo. (KDVR) — A Brighton Police officer involved in four job-related car crashes is now permanently disabled. But thanks to a high-tech wheelchair provided by Colorado Parks and Wildlife, he is able to continue to enjoy the outdoors.Bill Holder has ridden in many vehicles in his life. Jeeps and patrol cars are his favorite. Holder was a police officer for the Brighton Police Department for 14-and-a-half years. Police have arrested a man in connection to the fatal shooting of a guest at a Fort Lauderdale Beach hotel that left other visitors in shock.Cellphone video showed Fort Lauderdale Police officers and paramedics with Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue as they surrounded the Ocean Mile Hotel, early Wednesday morning.“Rescue, respond to a shooting.
